When you are not in a menu, does the VFO B frequency change when you move the
encoder B knob?

Fellas,
I am firing up my K3 for the second time. I wanted to begin to do the
synthesizer calibration.
When I tap Menu, it goes to "LCD CRT" and can be adjusted by VFO A. I CANNOT
access any other menu item.
When I hold CONFIG, It says "CONFIG" briefly in VFO B window and as soon as I
let up
