In CW mode plug the FS into the KEY jack.
It will look like a key and key the TX as long
as you push the FS down.

That will work too. but if you already have something in the Key In
jack it makes it bothersome. Its easier to put the K3 into FSK-D.
Then the footswitch will do exactly what you want.

I'd like to see that too. That's about the only feature from my FT-2000
that I miss. I used a momentary switch hooked to my FT-2000 and it sure
made tuning an amp a lot easier, at least for me.
