Good Evening,    Conditions were not good.  QSB was moderate while noise was weak.  Forty meters was stronger than twenty with more QSB.  I thought the CME would cause more hiss but I did not hear it. Weather reports were all over the place.  Four sites with rain, two with snow, a few sunny.

I'm having problems controlling my K3 with applications under Win 10. Truth in lending: Win 10 is on the Bootcamp partition of my MacBook Pro running Big Sur. The K3 Utility on the Mac side works just fine, so I know the cable is okay. I can send CW via the Utility's terminal window. I can't on

Ted, Does that mean that you were allowed to "color outside the lines"? As an engineer, I always had to "stay between the lines" (my creativity had to be placed in other directions, not exceeding specs) but that is good advice for drivers too - as well as clean side up and dirty side down.

I have my headset with mike plugged into the rear PHONES and MIC, the headphones plugged into the front PHONES jack, and my boom mike connected to the MIC connector.  Plus my external speakers plugged into the rear SPKRS jack.    The manual explains how to do this so all works as expected.
