I was hoping to automatically get the FP temperature versus time from
the K3.
Tried the MN072;MN043; combo. All it did was switch the K3 to the tech
menu and display the FP temperature on the K3 display.
It did not return a value.
Guess it isn't possible.

Is this antenna different from other bands or has it band specific
components?
It sounds like a set of dirty relay contacts or a bad joint. I've had
this on a few antenna switches. The xmit voltage is enough to punch
through but microvolts aren't.

Conventional computer labels seem to last a couple weeks before peeling
off. Tiny writing isn't my strength so they are cryptic and only
marginally readable. M1-M4 require diagonal printing.
The other criterion is they have
CWT is not working as well in 4.61 either. It doesn't hit zero beat
within 4 Hz. It used to be spot on. This observation was made and
posted here when 4.61 came out.

I have a SDR on the subrx IF. I operate mostly CW. The SDR is set so
that frequencies agree at zero beat on CW. A/B VFO's are linked for
normal everyday operation. I use ROCKY for everyday use and SKIMMER for
contests.

Sounds like the 4:1 balun may be overheating on 12M. Chances are if
you've been doing this for a bit, it's ruined. Heat anneals the core
and changes it's electrical properties for the worse. Heat may have
cracked it.
Now whether a 4:1 balun is the thing to use is another issue.

It appears to revert to RF sensing.
The situation is this. Antenna switching stuff automatically echos the
band BCD data to the KPA-500. The exception is if one manually selects
an antenna. In that case power to

only listen in on the K3 BCD outputs and react accordingly, but you may
have implemented something more complex.
