Just to inform it here too in case it helps. I downloaded the
https://www.linuxcnc.org/iso/linuxcnc-2.8.0-pre3-buster.iso file and I
could only make it work as live cd on the two PCs I'm testing. When I tried
to install it (graphical install) the installer couldn't detect and mount
the image. I
ferent for the LCNC Buster image. I can try making the usb
again. Could the problem be related to the USB stick file system?

Thanks Andy, I've only entered Github just too see how some components
were coded but I now can see how powerful it is :).

By the way. I second the dropping the PDF docs in favour of the HTML ones.
It's much more easy to find the info in the HTML docs that I almost forget
there are PDF docs uploaded.

Just signed up Andy, I don't want to touch anything (although I guess there
are invitations or user privileges) but whenever you need it let me know so
I can make the translations :)

By the way, the index pulse is read with mesa hardware so there's no way it
misses it. I'm resetting index with the same component that bypasses the
home switch signal.

I just tested the external offsets feature with moderated success but now
I'm in the place where it could really be useful for some parts I need to

Please apologize if my understanding is vague, but is it possible to

Hi Joseph,
Have you considered controlling your pump speed with an analog output?
Those can even be synchronized with the axis movements and should not
change state unless you tell it to.

That probing feature looks really nice. I wonder if they are using image
recognition to snap the lines correctly so If I draw the lines to probe way
out of the real part corner the system could identify
Hi Jon.
Do you know if he's using *spindle.M.speed−cmd−rps* to feed the PWM gen?
Because I had problems with a lathe config some time ago because I was
using that pin instead of *spindle.M.speed−out−rps*.
Stay well!

Sorry, I just realized that you're talking about 2.7.0 so spindle pins are

What a nice machine, I remember there were videos of it on the LCNC site a
while ago.
I'm curious about the manufacture year of this machine and also if this
came with hydraulic servo actuators and if so are they still being used
with LCNC?
I remember a guy who retrofitted an internal grinding
