Bill is correct in that the technical testing requirements are accepted
according to Industry
Canada's (IC) EMCAB-3. However, official requirements and product marking
details are in IC's

As far as I know there is no specific method of fulfilling Category B product
for Circular PSE Mark, the manufacturers or importers may confirm these
products by themselves. Is this true? Is EMI or EMS involved? If so which
standards to apply?
