A question came up for the EC DoC. The applicable standards with version / year
need to be mentioned.
But what about the some times applicable amendments of the standards so called
AC:x.

Construction Products Regulation (CPR) effective July 1st 2013.

definitions, but a sign must display something, and a traffic sign must
display
