Amund, Com-Power has a three phase LISN, model number LI-3P-116, that would work for this application. They also sell a rebranded Siglent spectrum analyzer, model SPA-900TG, they recommend. Personally, I’ve been pretty happy with the Tektronix RSA306B USB-controlled (real time) spectrum

Hi Amund, You might want to look at the Narda 9010F receivers https://www.narda-sts.it/eng/products/receivers/9010f/ I've heard good things about them and the scan speed with the FFT technology would be most valuable for pre-compliance! They also make LISNs. All the best James James Pawson
