[PSES] No Performance Declared

CPR - Construction Products Regulation (former CPD): I've been told that CPR products have been potted on the marked, even though they clearly do not fulfill all the requirements for CE under the CPR regime. Is it allowed to place products into the marked if the manufactures DoP - Declaration

Hi Amund, The relevant product standard will identify the characteristics of the product which are regulated by the CPR and of these there will be a minimum set of characteristics which must be declared for the CE marking to be valid. The manufacturer may choose to identify the other
