Are you sure? I have heard that CSA and UL are able to issue NRTL according to
3 rd Ed.
We are just in process for applying 2 projects according to 3rd Ed to CSA.

Unlike the EU, the U.S. OSHA does not necessarily publish a 'cessation'
date, and leaves most of the grandfathering for legacy products to the
individual NRTL. Typically, ANSI will publish a standard, then OSHA
subsequently adopts the standard and applies to the accreditation list for
the NRTLs.
