Unlike the EU, the U.S. OSHA does not necessarily publish a 'cessation' date, and leaves most of the grandfathering for legacy products to the individual NRTL. Typically, ANSI will publish a standard, then OSHA subsequently adopts the standard and applies to the accreditation list for the NRTLs.
