Shaffin, I don't believe this has a whole lot todo with a distribution, just pick a right kernel that is supported by OpenSuze and compile this with RTAI. I have done this for Debian myself. Just take a proper config from a working kernel from Ubuntu/Debian that will make a good start. Ries On

I am not sure the shape of the board, buy you can buy little plastic and metal boxes that have little slides. You simple slide it into place and put the lid back on. You could also make from metal or plastic these slides easily yourself. I wouldn't use glue or tape, because that's just messy.
