I tested inset style, plain style, default shelf background, alt
background, and invisible, but didn't notice any major problems with
it...but since others are having weird issues, I have reverted it for now.

I have applied, tested, and uploaded the 'obvious typo' patch on this
one already. I haven't tested the shelf patch yet if someone wants to
check that out.

swallow_params.min.w which seems to be initalized on object swallowing
and don't updated on screen resolution change

- hack the windows gui code. Its been done lots (Litestep, evwm,...)
- Use Cygwin's X server &
