Only time I have experienced a ghost image in the pager is when I have gaim open, switch to a desktop that doesn't have gaim on it, use the gaim tray icon to minimize it to the tray. The pager does not update to reflect the fact that gaim is now completely off screen. Even flipping back to the desktop gaim was on, the pager on still shows the window is visible on screen even though I can't see it any more. I can confirm this using itray (don't like engage) The ghost is an actual dead window, and not just in the pager.. have to click a few times on the gaim icon to get rid of it once I switch back. It does indeed seem related to something generic, and not the actual tray icon.. I've seen the bug with xine's UI (g key) once .. I just didn't think it was an e bug, and I never saw it again.
