I for one am seriously considering moving all my projects off SF, but I'm not in a hurry, and I haven't actually made the final decision yet. So I give a +0.5 to the idea of moving. Having spent a lot of 2013 and 2014 migrating two really large projects TO SourceForge, I'm really not happy with them right now. Sourceforge has been unstable for the last few months, with a few weeks (like this one) of it being very unstable/unusable. The list wasn't working for a few days.
