Practical ... let's see. At 32F, I'm assuming the bolt will get about 10% less range (I found a few reports and that seems to be a reasonable guess). At 70mph, take off another 20%. That means a 250 mile battery becomes 175 miles. Keep a buffer of 25 miles so that one doesn't get range
