The time for free electricity for EV's should be past now. At this point,
the benefits to EV's are so overwhelming (where there is a good match to
individual need) that free electricity only *detracts* from EV adoption by
creating EV animosity.
I'd far rather pay my employer $15/month and be ALLO
Almost all public charging that I encounter is no longer free. The reason that
employers where no networked commercial chargers are installed (with good
reason) typically refuse to arrange payment is because it is more hassle than
