usable fact in the article: There aren't yet as many places to charge an EV

If someone has a self-confessed lead foot and wants to do a 320 mile
one-way trip in a car that *can* do about 240 miles if driven carefully,
why does the owner and apparently experienced EV driver not come to the
simple realization that either she should not take the EV if she
*averages* 80 MPH
