Did you change the .service file under /usr in place of copying it to
/etc/systemd/system ?

Stangely on mirrors and download.o.o in update/13.1 there's no more kernel 3.12
The metadata were created April 20th.
Someone has an idea of what happenned ?

to start from scratch so the
initial volumes and all its subvolumes are setup as expected by snapper.
11.4 would need to much step (but perhaps a cold upgrade could work).

Also check if your system is still setup to boot on level 5
it can be changed by yast, or systemctl
systemctl status default.t
