by default haveged has
systemctl status haveged
haveged.service - Haveged Entropy Gathering Daemon
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/haveged.service; enabled)
   Active: active (running) since ven 2016-03-04 21:16:40 CET; 3 weeks 4 days 
ago
 Main PID: 1564 (haveged)
   CGroup: /system.slice/haveged.service
           └─1564 /usr/sbin/haveged -w 1024 -v 0 -F

for a pure stock 
i | haveged | package | 1.7c-2.1.2 | x86_64 | oss

Did you change the .service file under /usr in place of copying it to 
/etc/systemd/system ?
