Have pushed in some fixes. Let me know if they fix the issues. Please
send me the gdb traces or feel free to file a bug in bugzilla.gnome.org.

Yes, definitely. Why not? I will ping you IRC as I learn more.

BTW, IMAPX looks very promising. Its much snappier. Of course there are
occasional crashes (which I have not been able to reproduce reliably). I am
looking into enabling all the debug settings as I explore more..

There is no documentation for imapx yet. You can refer to the
documentation for camel in www.go-evolution.org it is up to date as of
now. Also feel free to clarify your doubts on irc #evolution channel.

[Evolution-hackers] evolution documentation

2010-01-31 Thread Shreyas Phadnis
hello all,

I just got the latest evolution (from git master) up and running on my
machine. I am testing few things specifically with IMAPX performance... is
there any documentation on camel and its threading arch... and on IMAPX?
http://live.gnome.org/Evolution/Developer/EDS or
http://live.gnome.org/Evolution/Developer/ThreadingEmailCamel seems to be
empty ...and i am not sure which documentation on go-evolution.org and
projects.gnome.org/evolution/ is up-to-date

In the source tree I found this:
http://git.gnome.org/cgit/evolution/tree/mail/README.async but it screams to
be out-dated.

I`d appreciate any pointers that would help me get started on evolution
hacking...

Thanks,
Shreyas (acewin on IRC)

Francisco,

I just reverted your last commit which I believe inadvertently included
some parts of your gnome-doc-utils migration patch you have submitted
for review on Bug 37342. This was breaking the build as Help/C/Makefile
target was removed from configure.in. Kindly please commit the corrected
patch for adding the Spanish quickref. (The bug reference in the
Changelog entry also needs a correction).

Thanks,
Harish

Francisco,

Mucho Gracias.

Srinivasa Ragavan / Radhika are currently handling the documentation
tasks of Evolution. I have requested them to work with you and
co-ordinate the efforts towards the adoption of gnome-doc-utils.

Thanks,
Harish

I'd like to migrate evolution to gnome-doc-utils. Does anybody have any
problem/issue/question about it?

Cheers!
