One more help to earlier macro. Is there a way we can put password to the
PDF file or make a zip file of respective pdf file with a password and then
email. Password can be predefined to either date of birth or anything else
which would be incorporated in the excel file.

Using advanced filter can solve your problem. Use Data-Filter-Advanced
Filter (Unique records only must be ticked) and give the reference of the
cell you wanna place your filtered data. Then you can sort the data.
