I think the filter drop down list has a limitiation of 1000 entries
in excel 2003 which might be extended to a bigger number in excel
2007.
Again the dropdowns are re-populated when filter is set on a column.
For example, I filtered on 'Customer No' column for Nov-10, it got out

This could be the problem because on Worksheet Book Master (2) you
are using a custom filter which is equals 3264.
Try is greater than OR
is greater than or equal to
This should resolve the issue. :)

In excel 2003 the filter will show only the first 1000 results hence you
are not able to view data beyond 1000(but custom filters will work), where
as this problem will not be there in excel 2007,
