The VIEW is probably set incorrectly. Usually it is set to Unviewed
messages when indeed it should be
all messages.
Good luck and have fun.

Clients can also get folder sizes by viewing the properties of

They have files in their deleted items or sent items, probably with huge attachments.
Make them set their options to Empty deleted items upon exiting, and get them to
delete those big attachments out of their sent items.

You said you checked the server side. Assuming you mean, information store
defaults. Did you check the limits on the actual mailboxes themselves?

Check for journaling set to on. Turn it off and show the user how to
clear all the previous entries out by hand. They'll leave you alone for a
while and will be happy to send mail again.

Actually, it does show the folder size.
Its listed above the subfolders dialog box: Folder Size: nk
Total Size (Fld + SubFldr) : nnnK
Another way to easily get to it is to uncheck the Show Home Page box under
the Properties
the regular folder view and allow you to easily see any emails that may be
in that folder.
