Hey: Just got off the phone with MS PSS. If you install the 811853 OR the 813840 post SP3 roll-up you WILL have to specify the 'Send on behalf rights'. The + thing is you can remove the roll-up through 'Add/remove Programs' and you will go back to normal unless you really need that post sp3 fix

The phrasing of the question and terms used based on the question as asked are ambiguous. Delegate permissions is sufficient for 'send on behalf of' rights, if that checkbox is marked. Send As permissions are another set of permissions and can only be granted via the Exchange admin. On 2/28/03 11
