I am resaonbly sure that this should NOT have happened. UNLESS
you used ExMerge to move the mail out to a PST and then imported it back
in. How did you move the mailboxes? If you use the Move option in
Exchange Tasks to move a mailbox, Single Instance Store is preserved.
And
I asked a couple of days ago on the official stance on which is best
between Scanmail for Exchange 3.52 and 3.8 - this is the reply my vendor
came back with (Trend don't provide direct support in the UK any more).
I've read the readme's, and the comparison document on the Trend website and
it's
Interesting.
I would still use 3.8 with ESE based scanning.
There is a 3.81 in beta currently.

Dear Ed,
I agree with you 100%. The problem is there are restrictions and similar
issues have
been encountered in the past, fortunately nothing as sensitive as what
Georgetown
has endured. The issue is that restrictions are in place and even with a
confirmation system
things like this do occur.
LDSU (from HP/Compaq and I have worked with someone who wrote that
programit will do pretty much everything when it comes to import and
export) might be the answer for all of your questions. It will cost you
but not that much.

Both of these errors indicate a problem with the account used by the ADC
to connect to the Exchange 5.5 server
I would look into that little more harder...

Very interesting.this sounds more like outdated materials. This
sounds more like Scanmail 1.0 where ESE scanning was overlooked (other than
Sybari).

While it is a fine tool for directory integration, I don't think LDSU is
the complete answer to any migration. For example, it does not move

Does anyone know of an Exchange 5.5 message tracking FAQ?
I'd like a short rundown on what I should be able to monitor when I don't
have a specific message ID to track.
When I have a message ID I can use advanced and track the flow of the
message on each server, however if I don't have a
Interesting. What version of Outlook and what version of Exchange are you
using? Does this only happen with recurring meetings or does it also happen
with single-instance meetings?
