RE: Problem with accessing a PF - SOLVED
After many arguments with higher-ups, Microsoft was finally called on my PF situation. It took the Microsoft Rep longer to take down my e-mail address than to tell me the fix. Run outlook.exe with the /cleanviews option. Seems to have worked and will hopefully continue doing so. Thanks to all who pitched in comments. I'm not real familiar with this tool. Anyone have comments on if this may help? Re: RE: Problem with accessing a PF
They might be temporarily loosing the network connection which would cause them no longer to be correctly authenticated. OWA probably has a solid connection to that server. But re-logging to the NT domain should fix that. Are the users that experience this problem in the same network segment? Is this particular PF on a different server then the rest of PF's they can access?
