Hello all,
I have had nearly the same symptoms with KDE as this user.
As any user, root or otherwise, kpanel buttons do nothing, desktop icons do
nothing. I tried starting kpanel from a terminal. When I then tried clicking
some buttons on kpanel, it gave me KFM NOT READY errors. Of course KFM i
