The other day I stumbled on to a new album that has now become my non-stop
soundtrack. Van Morrison of all people released one of the best concept
albums of the year. It's called Duets: Reworking the Catalogue and I just
love it. Van had done duets before, and definitely didn't want this album
Naturally, now that I've included places in my list of spiritual teachers, I
must confess to considering my various writing cafes to be spiritual teachers
as well.
My criteria for selecting a good writing cafe are remarkably like my criteria
for enjoying what a spiritual teacher has to offer.

Thank's Share. It still escapes me that narrating a story of him walking in the
rain has to be automatically a reference
Heck if Fred had to wear all that makeup and synthetic clothing, including

Good stuff, Barry - For awhile, I was both traveling a lot on bizness, and
running for exercise. I began to find these great places to run, in different
cities, made a bunch of notes on each, and hoped to turn it into a book,
someday. Ever thought about writing Road Trip Mind, Part Dos?

This is an Indie flick that I watched entirely because of its name. I
sit and write in cafes, and so I figured it would appeal to me. It's a
writer/director's first effort, set entirely in a cafe in Philadelphia,
and stars Jennifer Love Hewitt and a bunch of lesser-known supporting
actors.

Thanks for the heads up Vaj. You nailed exactly how I feel about her
musical evolution. I am listening to Night Ride Home on Amazon as I
write this and it reminds me why I loved her. Funny that you focused
on the guitar because that is my complaint about some of her later
