I predicted that the Seahawks would win based on the signs (called omens or
nimittas) of Shiva in Seattle and in the players of the team. It was not based
on a jyotish chart. It was basically based on bhong and dreadlocks. And it
worked!
I think a lot of people predicted that it would be a close game. Whoops! I bet
the bookmakers are raking in the moola!

John, did you predict the winner? I think you did. With caveat about Peyton who
seemed to have had a really bad day. Wonder what his chart looked like.
PS to everyone: jyotish is not exclusively a TMO pursuit. A post this morning

Football appears to have gotten complicated and scientific. But in truth it's
still a very brutal sport. When big guys collide against each other, there

One correction, I thought the Super Bowl was not available for cable

sports announcer, then TV sports reporter and then a news anchor. He's
also a musician and plays drums. The first night he was in Seattle my
brother brought him
noozguru and John, it's just that football got so scientific or mechanized or
something. It's all stats and strategies and doesn't look like any fun anymore.
If all that *progress* decreased the number of injuries, that would be great.
But I'm not sure that it has.

Bhairitu,
The SuperBowl has become an annual ritual for the American culture, which is
comparable to a religious revival. But this year, a new factor has been
introduced to the equation, which makes it more like the Kumbha Mela of India.
Specifically, the two cities representing the contes
