(Or maybe you have) Very reasonable rates, to put it mildly. I pay $46/month with the highest deductible, there are all sorts of other plans with lower ones, of course. But nothing like what you're paying--and if you're just using it as god-forbid ins anyway, it makes sense to have a high deductible. Really the only reason I even have it (the kids are on another plan) is because I feel you get treated better when you go to a doctor that doesn't know you. I'll check it out. Thanks.

How high is that highest deductible, if you don't mind my asking?

You sure this isn't some kind of supplemental care? As much as I've heard on the health reform issue I'm sure such a low cost plan would have been mentioned.

All I know is BCBS wouldn't let me get out of their robber-plan until they were satisfied I had something similar. Sal

Hey Rick, keep us informed when you decide to buy Health Insurance, soon to be law, for your family and how much the Gubmint(my tax dollars) is subsidizing. What if you don't qualify for a subsidy?, Are you still going to buy it or will you just wait till you or a family member gets sick, then buy it and drop the coverage after getting well? Sorry, I thought you had said earlier you couldn't afford HC insurance. I was hoping you could keep us informed how it's working.
