Yes, that ino does help. Thanks. I'll look for the Nutra-Cal. Is it sort
of like Ensure? Or is it that brown gel like substance that comes in a
tube? I used to give my one cat who had
they dumped the
kitten off. A friend of mine adopted the kitten and we are waiting to retest
the kitten. The kitten is doing great! Cisco actually had hookworms and I
found out from the vet that hookworms can kill a kitten!! Hope this
information helps!

Please, take your cat in if you can. As I am sure you know, the
anemia sets in it seems overnight. Our Stinky cat is back in
hospital. Her red cell count is down to 13 and that happened from Saturday
(Saturday her count was 27) until today. Monday and Tuesday she was eating
I have not been following this thread until the last message about Stinky,
but dexamethasone and depomedrol shots can sometimes reverse anemia (if it is
from an auto-immune reaction or lymphoma) at least temporarily.

I don't know if that is best or not however.

Hi, Lisa, are you using syringe? I have one cat, Leo who just

Hi Lisa,
No Doxocycline is not the same as Amoxocylin, doxo is one of the
preferred antibiotics used where hemo is diagnosed. The liver shake is
a recipe which has liver as the main ingredient, I will find it and post
it to the list, coming right up. It is good for cats who are anemic

broth, no veggies, no garlic, no onion. Beechnut is better that
Gerbers, because Gerbers has corn starch. Sometimes heating it just a
bit brings out the aroma and gets kitties interested in eating.
