Anyway, I recycle my plastic bags. I dump dirty cat litter in them then put
that into the bags that the clean litter comes in. So there isn't a smell.
I remember years ago one of my Mom's cats got hung up in the handle parts
What we should do is to bring our own reusable bags when we shop.

I wonder if it's not better to NOT let the lid come off completely but
leave it attached when the can i s empty, push the lid closed again, in
such a way that the lid is held down under the brim o f the can.
