It says on floors that are water safe. So if you can use water on your

Edna, 1st thanks for fostering this little guy. It is amazing how mixed folks
can get. The FeLV virus only lives for minutes to hours outside of the body.
A normal cleaning is all you need to do.

I'm sure many others will write to you about this, but FelV is not
all that contagious. It's usually transmitted by sharing food and
water bowls or by grooming each other, and maybe litter boxes, but
not sure about that. As you've heard, the virus cannot live long
outside the cat's bo
No need to throw anything out. I don't even wash the carriers. These myths
infuriate me!
