I use the enzyme spray from Wal Mart. It is cheap but it works great! Takes
odor out within a few hours. When I have to wash something I use a little
bit of carpet shampoo. The pet formula. Works great!

Consider using rubber maid or knock off totes that are larger than
standard litter boxes. I really like Odo Ban for odor removal and
have had wonderful luck with it. I use vinegar in regular cleaning---
less toxic than many cleaners.
