I think it depends on the cat. Peggy had a cat with cancer and was
anemic. They gave her less than 2 months to live. They put her on
Pred to make her cat more confortable.
She live over 18 months longer. She was getting B-12 shots for the
anemia and pred for the cancer.
So it helped

They are both high in iron. I was told to be careful by my
homepathic vet with them due to the high iron when my cat was
anemic. But I did use the Spirulina there is a drink with it at a the
health stores and my cat seemed to like the taste. It's high in B
vitamins.

I would have the cat retested on IFA.
Cats can test negative if they are postive if it's during the intal virus
incubation.
We had a cat test negative in our group the kittens got adopted.

I tried Immuno-Regulin for a fiv anemic cat. Helped alittle
But she had too many other things going on she was at the stage
of full blown aides, her immunes system was 0. She was anemic
