Hi Hideyo,   It can be really hard to decide on a trip to the vet when kitty is doing well; especially if the kitty is feral.   I think bloodwork can be so important, though; it can alert us to very slight changes over time that produce no symptoms.  It's really a tough call; maybe plan to take her
