Barb, I hope Little Lady indeed belongs to someone near you, or
that you at least see her again well enough to make sure she's okay. Those
kind of situations haunt me too. One very cold night, Gail and I were

Since you spotted her in your apt complex parking lot, and she's not
underweight, (kind of hard to tell if she's long haired), she may very

It's the worst to know they're out there, to know they're receptive to
human attention, but to not be able to just go over and scoop them up
