The only worms I've ever seen come out of a cat are those little rice looking worms. I would agree that he should be kept in his cage for now-if he and C are getting along, maybe they can be buddies when his tummy problems get better! Can you call your vet and just ask if the Flagyl is ok or

Hey Jamie - Thanks for the reply- From what I read, it sounds like Round Worms or Whip Worms, which are apparently to be had in the warmer climates. One thing I read said that occasionally cats will vomit up round worms, but I don't know which end his came out of :) Haven't seen him coughing

Well, it sounds like you are on the right track. Does that website happen to say what you treat roundworms/hookworms with? It's gross I know, but to save the cost of another vet visit, you could take a sample of what came out of MBK to the vet tomorrow and confirm that it's one of those
