Gloria,
What is Arnica and where can I find it? (My dog has developed dry cracked skin on the wings of her nose...and licks the neosporin right off before it has a chance to do any good.)"Gloria B. Lane" [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:
Hey Del - I haven't had that particular thing but have used Arnica
Arnica is a homeopathic remedy. You can get it from a health food store,
and it costs about $8. I order some remedies from ehealthland.com, or
abchomeopathy.com. Drugstore.com may have it.
I sympathize - just put vitamin E on my doggie's nose. She doesn't have
enough energy to lick it off.
Thanks for the tipsorry about your pupI can sympathise. (I thank God that Schaz isn't "on her last leg" every day, even tho she's 13ish. I hope this isn't an indication of some sort.)
God Bless,

Thanks to the people who tried to help me find a place to take my fosters.
I was able to board them this morning (it was a tight squeeze) at the veterinary
hospital where they were spayed/neutered.
Thank goodness. Now, if my son would only stop crying and take his nap, I
might be able to
when you find the answer to THAT question, we'll

Why aren't there more resources for special needs pets??
Unfortunately, I think we all know the answer to it.
It is because not enough people care about them.
The rescue I volunteer with is getting a cat back because the new owner doesn't think he is friendly enough. Would any of us not keep a cat for that reason? I don't think so.MaryChristine [EMAIL
You know that is something I always deal with. The top two reasons for surrendering a kitten or cat is:
1) Moving
2) New baby or pregnant
3) Allergies
4) Not friendly as stated below
5) Not the right colors
6) Has claws want to declaw (Which I forbid in my contract)
7) Doesn't like other
I was wondering if anyone feeds their cat Wellness? I'm currently feeding Adeline Science Diet and was looking into switching her over to Wellness. If anyone else has any info I'd love to hear about it.

Im so glad you

did call a pet sitter who could not come but offered to board them in an extra
room she had. I ultimately worked something out
Hey. I would recommend contacting PETA. All outside animals are required to have shelter to go into out of the weather. My sister works for PETA and they give out dog houses to families who need one. So, Maybe they could help in some kind of way to make the poor dogs life a lil better.Where do u
I LOVE Wellness foods and so do my dogs cats.

I do. I feed them Wellness wet and dry food. I feed the adult super 5 dry
food in the blue bag, and mix it with Wyson Uretic, a dry food to prevent
urinary crystals because my two little boys have gotten those in the past.
The wet food I alternate with other healthy brands like Innova and

My cats love Wellness dry cat food - both the chicken
the salmon flavors. While they sometimes turn their
noses up at the fishy flavored canned food, they do
enjoy the chicken, turkey, and chicken lobster
flavors. Most importantly, they seem healthier when
eating Wellness.

My cats also quite enjoy the Wellness canned, although they are fussy about
the flavours they like. They really only like chicken, turkey and
turkey/salmon. I feed them other high quality natural foods because they
get bored. I have noticed that fur is fantastic since they've been eating
Wellness canned is great. My kitties all eat
it. I think I'll check theWellness dry, since the Sensible Choice
changed ingredients they need a different brand. Also Pet Guard
Premium Feast canned is a hit with my group.

My own
catsall love the Wellness dry food I give them--Salmon, Turkey and Herring
Oil in this case. In fact I can't get them to eat wet food at all now, which is
a shame. My fosters get it as a treat after they eat their wet food--and by the
time I get to their room they are
my boys get California Natural dry food and Eagle Pack wet - their fur has always been beautiful, but it's even nicer now:)Del Daniels [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:

Mine get Eagle Pack Holistic Select Dry and Canned. Their coats are better
than when they were on Wellness. I didn't have a whole lot of luck with
Wellness long term.

I feed my felv+ cat wellness wet and Iams dry. She loves both. She's a
fish eater. They offer a lot of varieties.

I agree. The one I got from Wal-Mart is wonderful. When I had all five of my babies, they loved to play on it. It was well worth the $30![EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:

I live in Illinois.
Today the dog was outside all day as usual. After school it was drizzling. Looked for the dog and it was not there. Can't believe they actually let it in! This is the first time that I have seen that dog inside the house! So, I didn't leave the papers in their mailbox. I am
Bonnie, that is the website that I printed the papers from to put in their mailbox! Good site with lots of info. Thanks!

harder to pill her. She had congestive heart failure, but one vet

She was a sweet little Beagle, older, and my
