Michelle, I'm so sorry to read of your loss of your sweet Simon, and
your struggles with his process. I have had so many struggles with
the end-of-life process in others, and many regrets, and don't
believe that our medical/veterinary system always handles it well for
us. Having my horse put

Hey all, I'm sending out a test message to see if the list is
working. There hasn't been a single message from the list since very
early Sunday morning. I'm also looking into private requests from a
few folks about their mail problems. If there's a problem, we'll try
to get it straightened out
Soo sorry Michelle. It breaks my heart to hear that Simon went. You were a

With a pill popper and good aim - so they can't taste it. I once had to
give Metronidazole to a litter of half-grown kittens who were probably
born with some intestinal ailment. There was lots of unhappy foaming
running around.

Deanne,
You can have the Metronidazole compounded into a liquid with flavoring
added. There is also another form of Metronidazole that's not so nasty
tasting, but I can't remember the name. I think it begins with a 'B'

Simon was so lucky to have someone like you to love

Hi MC,
That's strange, I don't have any idea why you would have such a high
accurrence where you are, I do know that I have heard more than one vet
say it is hard to test for. It has to be a specific stage of the
infection to test for and find it.
