Missing Link vs. Brewer's Yeast

Can anyone tell me the difference? I have Brewer's Yeast that I give to my 1 yo foster cat and the outdoor, neighborhood cats. I haven't given Brewer's Yeast to the foster kitties, all just a few months old, because I don't know if I can use it on cats that young? I found Missing Link

I put one large tablespoon on my cats' dry food every other day. That is 4 large dog size bowls of dry and one large crystal punch bowl that holds dry food. (They are very picky about presentation) Every bowl gets a spoonful. I use the Twin Labs Super Rich Nutritional Yeast Plus. It
