VLC complaints anout unknown Audio File Format. (as u can see in the Avinaptic
output as well).
I now tried also ffplay .. of course it played the File, but it played it

Note that MPlayer starting with revision 32639 can play the files as well, the
required changes are minimal.
Also the reported sync issues are probably related to -acodec copy and should be
avoidable by -acodec ac3, different
