I did use QuicKeys in OS9, and I don't remember any significant
differences when I switched
Thanks, Brad,
That's generally what I recalled seeing reported here. I just wasn't sure
of any recent updating, etc.
I'll also ask you the same questions I asked Chuck:

Hi Chuck,
Did you use QuicKeys before OSX? If so, are there any significant
differences between what you used before and the version you have now, good
or bad?
I'm also hoping to hear from Darcy and Hiro as to whether they're using iKey
1.xx or 2.xx. I know there was some disappointment with 2.
I actually use both (QuicKeys in the office and iKey at home), and
they both do the trick. QuicKeys is better for programming multi-step
macros, and it can even create macros that take user input while they
run. iKey does just fine for menu selection and such, and multi-step
macros work fine, but i
I use QuicKeys, and it works for me. I have no experience with iKey,
though Darcy and Hiro seem to like it.

Well, if this is the answer, I probably have two choices: find a copy
of Quark at the university that I can use, or leave things alone and
let an editor/layout person worry about this later. I kind of hate
to do a halfway job, but I also don't want to have to learn another
program. I like
I use Quark XPress (which is a bit pricy) and eps graphics are wonderful. I
often save entire Finale pages as eps docs and they print like lightening.
I often use an "expamples" page and use bits and pieces of it as needed with
only one eps page as the source...all beautiful and fast.

Hello all,
I am working on a document (arranging book) with many Finale eps
graphic inserts in MS Word, and they print well when I print the
pages on my HP Laserwriter 5000N. (They look lame on screen, but
they print fine.) However, when I send the file to others in Word,

Seasons Greetings All!I'm getting ready to fire up my new scoring rig: a new iMac G5 (Mac OS Tiger) running Finale 2005b and GPO . I'm also looking at purchasing a new Kurzweil PC161 keyboard to serve as a master controller, input keyboard, and sound generator. I thought it might be a good idea to
Yes, I'd agree that Finale 2006b on the Mac is a little bit faster..

The fact that the part opens without automatically loading all the
