Yes, I use it as a front end for Fin/Sib most of the time, although the printing function from within StaffPad will be handy for on-the-spot printed score/parts. The printing is actually quite elegant although not as elegant as is possible with Fin/Sib. And since it's a Windows8.1 app, printi

Your solution with the measures up front is the way to go. You have the most control that way. You can force-hide the staff for printout purposes, and put the extra bars on their own system and drag them off the page, or else hide the rests and give them a width of zero. Adjust the measure numbe
