Happens all the time with us (FinMac 2010). We generally solve the problem either by (a) using the Special tools note mover (a royal PITA), or (b) making the measure (or _all_ measures) a little wider using the Measure Tool or Spacing Tool, or (c) changing the Note Spacing values globally It
