There’s no way I know of to do that. However, you CAN copy a time signature using stack selection and the filter. If you do this on staff set that doesn’t include any staves with music in them, the actual music shouldn’t copy over, but even if it does, you can clear the measure in one

Does anyone know how you set a preset for the time signature contextual menu? I've got a time signature pattern that I need to use over and over again that isn't in there 7/8 (4+3) then 7/8 (4+3) then 2/8. It would be really handy to have 7/8 (4+3) in that list. Kind regards, Simon Troup. --

Claudio, I recently updated to macOS 10.13 from 10.11. I only noticed tabs since that upgrade. It is possible the tabs feature is not available in 10.11. Larry, I have never been a big user of tabs in, for example, web browsers. But in Finale I expect I will use them in place of multiple

Robert, I’m on OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and FinMac 25.5 and didn’t know about the tab feature. I opened two files and in the Window menu tried both Tile Windows and Cascade Windows but no tabs. I don’t have a Merge Windows menu item. Any ideas? > From: Robert Patterson
