I'm sorry, the manual probably means NOT the user library but the computer's. But never mind what the manual says. I've checked both user and computer Library folders manually and found Component Files folder in NEITHER of them. How do you edit/save default files? BTW, I get to my user library

Can't edit/create a default on Finale 2012 on a Mac. Manual tells me to (from open menu) navigate to user:library:application support:make music:finale 2012:component files:maestro font default.FTM to edit it. The problem is, there is no component files folder on my computer neither there is a

OK, I'm puzzled. On ML, the user library is hidden. If you need to open it, make sure you are in the Finder, hold down the Option key, and then choose Go Library. At first, I thought one had to use the option key when in finale looking for a file which is in the user Library. However, I just
