could not find it
At home I have a G4 w/ Panther but only a slow network link. At work I
have G4's and G5's w/ Jaguar with high speed network links. Is there a way
that I can fool fink on the work machines and download

Did a clean install of 7.0 on 10.3.3, and tried to install mono.
I get the following error, even though as part of the install
The following package will be installed or updated:
mono

I tried removing the GLIB 2.0 stuff that I had, and letting the Mono install satisfy it, and I got:

glib2 glib2-shlibs

What gives?
I'm assuming you have unstable enabled or else you wouldn't see mono at
all. Try doing a fink selfupdate first, the latest in unstable 0.91-4
and it should work better, I hope.

Yes, I believe the version of mono you're trying to build didn't
properly
