Hi Bill,
I get the following error when trying to update rdkit:

I can't seem to build the current ccp4 package on 10.6:
g++ -o lib/fftw3tbx_ext.so -w -bundle -undefined dynamic_lookup fftw3tbx/ext.o
-Llib
-L/sw/src/fink.build/ccp4-6.3.0-6/ccp4-6.3.0/lib/cctbx/cctbx_sources/cctbx_project/lib
Yes, fftw3 was installed. I tried reinstalling it to no avail.
Regards,
Dmitry

Thanks a million, Alexander!
I confirm, reducing the number of parallel build jobs to 1 does the trick.
Best regards,
Dmitry

Hi everyone,
ccp4 fails to build on a fresh fink install on 10.7:
test -z /sw/src/fink.build/ccp4-6.2.0-102/ccp4-6.2.0/bin || ./install-sh -c
-d /sw/src/fink.build/ccp4-6.2.0-102/ccp4-6.2.0/bin
gfortran -m64 -O2 -fno-second-underscore -c chegv.f
/bin/sh ./libtool --mode=install cp -p

Good day ladies and gentlemen!
Here is my problem: after updating I can not build neither Mac nor X11 versions
of qtiplot.
Compiling aborts with the following:
#!/bin/sh -ev
name=`basename $0|sed -e s,cc,gcc, -e s,c++,g++,`
basename $0|sed -e s,cc,gcc, -e s,c++,g++,
flag-sort -v
