See... I should have looked at my filters before writing that last post. I had it the exact opposite. Set your filters to ONLY check the TO field of the e-mail. If you have it check the TO field _and_ the Subject, then it doesn't apply the label because your Sent e-mail does not yet have the "[Fla

I some how fixed this a few months back. I THINK that the issue is this. You are actually recieving your own post but since there is already a copy of it in the Sent folder, it gets skipped.
